Got a question? We are here to answer
Every Amazfit Balance strap in this collection is built for the same 22mm quick-release lug used across the whole Balance line: Balance, Balance 2, Balance 3 and Balance Ultra.
Amazfit positioned the Balance series, launched in 2023, as its health-and-wellness flagship, with a bigger focus on body composition and readiness scores than the sport-first GTR or T-Rex lines, but the hardware fitting is standard 22mm quick release across every generation released so far.
Swapping an Amazfit Balance strap takes seconds and no tools: push the lever on the back of the strap, slide the old pin out of the lug, and press the new strap's pin in until it clicks.
Because the width has stayed the same through Balance, Balance 2, Balance 3 and Balance Ultra, there's no case-size chart to check first — every strap on this page fits every Balance generation listed above.
The Balance leans heavily on overnight metrics like sleep stages and next-day readiness, so a strap that's uncomfortable enough to take off at night directly costs you data. A lighter nylon loop for sleep, kept alongside a silicone strap for the gym, keeps the watch on your wrist around the clock without ever needing tools.
Readiness and recovery scores are only as good as the data feeding them, so a comfortable overnight strap is arguably as important to the Balance's core feature set as the sensor itself. It's a small swap that pays off most on the nights you'd otherwise skip wearing the watch at all.
Because these are third-party compatible straps rather than Amazfit's own single boxed strap, you get far more colors and materials to pick from than the one option in the box, without paying accessory-store prices for each additional style.
All six of our quick-release styles come in 22mm, covering Amazfit Balance replacement straps for the gym and the office alike.
Because every Balance generation shares the same 22mm width, you can move a strap between an original Balance and a newer Balance Ultra without buying a different size — the same is true of the Amazfit T-Rex 3, which uses the identical width.
If the spring-bar lever feels stiff the first time, that's normal on a new strap and eases after the first couple of swaps. Every Balance generation uses the identical lever design, so the motion is the same watch to watch.
Each material holds up best with slightly different care.
These are 22mm Balance straps, so a few other Amazfit models — some with easily confused names — need something different. Worth a quick check even if you're confident in your model, since these mix-ups come up often:
Every style here ships fast and comes with easy returns, so trying a new color or material for your Balance is low risk. If you also own another Amazfit model, browse the full Amazfit watch straps lineup to find the right width for it too. Because every strap shares the same tool-free fitting, there's no downside to keeping two or three styles in rotation.
