Do these straps fit the COROS Apex 4 46mm?

No. The Apex 4 46mm uses a 24mm strap, different from both the 20mm and 22mm widths sold here. Only the Apex 4 42mm uses the standard 22mm width.

How do I swap the strap on a COROS Apex?

Push the small release lever on the underside of the strap near the spring bar, angle the strap away from the case, and it separates from the lugs without tools. Press the new strap into the same lugs until both sides click into place.

How do I know if my Apex is 20mm or 22mm?

It comes down to case size: the 42mm Apex uses 20mm, and the 46mm Apex or Apex Pro uses 22mm. If you're not sure, measure the gap between the lugs on the back of the watch or check the width printed on your current strap.

Which style is best for training with the Apex?
