Apple Watch Ultra Straps: One Home for Ultra, Ultra 2 & Ultra 3

Every Apple Watch Ultra — the original Ultra, Ultra 2 and Ultra 3 — shares the same rugged 49mm case and the same strap fitting, so a single strap range fits them all. This hub brings together every strap built for the Ultra: alpine loops, trail loops, ocean straps, sport straps, and premium metal options, all sized for the 49mm Ultra and its adventure-ready design.

Do Ultra, Ultra 2 and Ultra 3 use the same straps?

Yes. Apple kept the strap attachment identical across all three Ultra generations, and every Ultra uses the 49mm-compatible strap size (the same fitting as 44/45/46mm Apple Watches, so many standard Apple Watch straps also fit). If a strap says it fits the Apple Watch Ultra, it fits Ultra, Ultra 2 and Ultra 3.

Built for where the Ultra goes

The Ultra was made for open water, trails and endurance, so the straps here are chosen to match: titanium and stainless links for a premium everyday look, alpine and trail loops for hiking and climbing, and quick-drying ocean and sport straps for swimming, diving and workouts. Whatever you use your Ultra for, there is a strap tuned for it.

Sizing and fit

All Ultra straps are the 49mm fitting. If you are coming from a standard Apple Watch, note that 44mm, 45mm and 46mm straps also physically fit the Ultra, though purpose-built Ultra straps (alpine, trail, ocean) are designed around its larger case for the best look and hold.
