Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and Canada.

Processing Time & Order Cut-off

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days.
  • Order cut-off: Orders placed by 14:00 (London local time, GMT/BST)on business days are prioritized for same-day processing.
  • Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Service & Estimated Delivery

We use a network of carriers depending on destination and service availability (including partners used by YunExpress for last-mile). We do not guarantee a specific carrier for any order.

  • Service level: Tracked Standard (single option).
  • Estimated delivery time (after dispatch): 5–12 business days for UK, US, AU, and CA.
  • Tracking: Provided for every order. Track your parcel at nothingbutbands.com/apps/track123.
  • Signature: Not required; parcels may be delivered to the doorstep or mailbox at the carrier’s discretion.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are normally paid by the customer. From time to time we may run a free-shipping promotion. Any such promotion will be clearly shown at checkout and may change without notice. Unless a promotion applies, applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

Address Accuracy, PO Boxes & Safeplace

  • PO Boxes: Allowed where supported by the carrier.
  • Safeplace / Authority to Leave: If you request delivery to a safe place, risk of loss passes once the carrier confirms delivery to that location.
  • Address changes: Contact support immediately after checkout. Changes are only possible before dispatch.

Failed Delivery & Return to Sender

  • If delivery is attempted and the parcel is held at a depot, it is typically kept for 5–7 days before being returned to sender (carrier policy may vary).
  • Parcels returned due to incomplete/incorrect address, refusal, or uncollected items may incur a £10 re-delivery/return handling fee (or local-currency equivalent). Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable in these cases.

Loss & Damage (Shipping-Stage Issues)

These rules cover shipping-stage issues only. Product returns/refunds are covered by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Damage on arrival: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outer box, shipping label, inner packaging, and the item.
  • Not delivered / missing: If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window (5–12 business days), contact us. We will open a carrier investigation if tracking indicates issues or is stagnant.
  • “Delivered” but not received: We will open a carrier investigation. If you purchased shipping insurance at checkout, we will reship immediately without waiting for the investigation outcome.

Warehouses & Cross-Border Dispatch

We ship from multiple locations including the UK, US, Australia, and China. Your order may be dispatched from the warehouse with available stock to meet the quoted delivery time. If your order ships domestically within the UK/US/AU/CA, no import duties are typically due. Orders shipped to other countries (if enabled in the future) may be subject to local taxes and duties payable by the recipient.

Preorders & Split Shipments

  • Preorders: Not currently offered.
  • Split shipments: Rare; may occur at our discretion to avoid delays. You will not be charged extra shipping for splits.
