Turn your Apple Watch over and look for the engraved size (e.g., 38 / 40 / 41 / 42 / 44 / 45 / 49).

Choose a band that lists the same number — no extra measuring required.

Samsung Galaxy Watch — which size do I need?

Samsung models vary by width.

Every product page lists the exact size that fits your specific model.

Just match your watch name and select the size shown.

Garmin — do your bands work with QuickFit?

Yes.

All Garmin bands we offer are designed for QuickFit-compatible models.

Select the QuickFit size listed for your watch.

Fitbit — how do I know which band fits my device?

Fitbit models each use a different connection system.

Choose your device on our site and select any band marked as compatible.

Quick-Release — which width do I pick?

Check your watch’s quick-release width, usually 18mm, 20mm, or 22mm.

How do I attach my new band?

Installation works just like your original strap:

  • Align the connector with the watch
  • Slide it in straight
  • Ensure it clicks securely

Never wear a band that doesn’t fully lock into place.

The band feels loose or doesn’t click — what should I do?

Try the following:

  • Remove the band
  • Check connectors and lugs for dust or debris
  • Reinsert in a straight line
  • Confirm a firm, secure click

Magnetic or mesh bands — how do I get the best fit?

For optimal comfort:

  • Adjust to a snug but comfortable position
  • Ensure the magnetic closure is clean and fully seated
  • Avoid over-tightening
What are the bands made of?

Our bands are crafted from premium-quality materials selected for comfort, durability, and style. Depending on the design, this may include high-grade metals, soft silicone blends, woven or technical fabrics, or advanced composites. Each product page lists the exact material and finish for that specific band.

Are your bands safe for everyday wear?

Yes. All materials we use are chosen for long-term, comfortable, skin-friendly wear. If you have very sensitive skin or known sensitivities to certain finishes or coatings, we recommend choosing one of our soft-touch or fabric options.

Are your bands waterproof or sweatproof?

Most of our metal, silicone, and fabric-based bands are suitable for everyday use, including rain, exercise, and general moisture.

For leather or fabric-accented designs, we recommend avoiding full submersion to preserve the look and feel.

How do I care for my band?

To maintain the appearance and longevity of your band:

  • Clean gently with a soft cloth and mild soap if needed.
  • Avoid strong chemicals, abrasive surfaces, or extreme heat.
  • For coated or polished finishes, store separately to prevent scratches.
  • For leather or fabric elements, let them fully dry if exposed to sweat or water.
Will colours fade over time?

Our bands use durable colour treatments and finishes, but all accessories may experience gradual wear with daily use. Avoid harsh environments (chlorine pools, strong detergents, prolonged direct sunlight) to keep colours looking their best.

Are your metal bands suitable for sensitive skin?

Our metal bands use skin-friendly, corrosion-resistant alloys. However, if you’re sensitive to metal finishes or coatings, consider our silicone or fabric options for maximum comfort.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes—tracking is provided for every order. We email your link when the parcel ships, and you can also track here.

How much is shipping?

Right now, shipping is free as a sitewide promotion shown at checkout. If this changes, the applicable fee will always be displayed before you pay.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Yes — if your order hasn’t shipped.
Contact us quickly; once dispatched, delivery details can’t be changed.

My parcel is late, lost, or marked delivered but missing—what do I do?

If you’re beyond the 5–12 business-day window after dispatch, contact us and we’ll open a carrier investigation. For “delivered but not received,” check safe places and neighbors first; if you bought shipping insurance, we’ll reship immediately while the investigation runs.

Will I pay duties or VAT?

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and Canada, you will not pay VAT/GST or import duties—ever. If we later open shipping to additional countries, local import fees or taxes may apply under that country’s rules; if so, the carrier will notify you before delivery.

What’s your return window?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and Canada.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Contact us at contact@nothingbutbands.com. We’ll confirm eligibility and send you the simple, step-by-step instructions plus the correct local return address—please wait for our authorization before sending anything. It’s a quick, straightforward process.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping the tracking number, as it’s more reliable and helps us locate your parcel quickly if needed. Returns remain your responsibility until they reach us.

My item arrived damaged or defective—what now?

Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds go back to your original payment method (usually 2-5 business days).

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes—every band is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Magnets near devices and cards.

Our magnets are strong to keep clasps secure. Keep them away from magnetic-stripe cards and be mindful near compasses/precision tools.

Pacemakers/ICDs.

If you use a cardiac device, consult your clinician before wearing magnetic clasps and follow recommended separation distances. Non-magnetic options are available.

Children & small parts.

Bands and pins can include small components—keep out of reach of young children. Inspect pins/clasps periodically for secure seating.
