Yes, the case and dial keep their design regardless of which band you put on. Rather than hunting for a themed band, most owners fit a standard 18mm quick-release band — currently the Rovan Magnetic Silicone Sport Band — and wear it for both everyday and the gym.

Push in the small spring bar at either end of the band with a fingernail or a flat tool, slide the old band out of the lug, then line up the new band's pins and press them into the lugs until they click into place.

Wipe the band down with a damp cloth and mild soap and let it air dry. It is silicone, so it shrugs off sweat and water, but dry the magnetic closure before you store it rather than leaving it damp.

Our 18mm range is currently a single band, the Rovan Magnetic Silicone Sport Band, so there is no style choice to make yet. It is silicone, so it flexes and grips without slipping for workouts and sleep tracking, and the magnetic closure makes it quick to put on and take off day to day.
