Do these straps fit the COROS Apex 4?

No. The Apex 4 46mm uses a 24mm strap, not the 22mm width sold here. There is currently no 24mm strap in this collection, so the 46mm case is not covered.

How do I know if I have the Apex 4 42mm or 46mm?

The 46mm case is noticeably larger on the wrist and uses a 24mm strap, while the 42mm case uses 22mm. Check the width printed on your current strap, or measure the gap between the lugs, if you're unsure which size you own.

How do I swap the strap on an Apex 4 42mm?

Push the small release lever on the underside of the strap near the spring bar, angle the strap away from the case, and it separates from the lugs without tools. Press the new strap into the same lugs until both sides click into place.

Which style works best for training with the Apex 4?

The Vornis silicone sport strap is the practical choice for running and training since it resists sweat and rinses clean. The Véllo and Voren nylon loops are also good adjustable options for workouts.
