Got a question? We are here to answer
The Amazfit T-Rex 3 and T-Rex 3 Pro, both 48mm and released in 2024, were the first T-Rex watches to switch to a standard 22mm quick-release lug, so every Amazfit T-Rex 3 band in this collection fits them directly — no proprietary tools or adapters needed.
That's a meaningful change from earlier T-Rex generations, which relied on Amazfit's own connector system, and it's easy to assume any T-Rex band works across the whole rugged lineup. It doesn't — see the compatibility section below before ordering if you're not certain which T-Rex you own.
To swap a band, push the lever on the back near the case, slide the old pin out of the lug, and press the new band's pin in until it clicks.
Because the T-Rex 3 and 3 Pro share one case size and one width, this is one of the more straightforward Amazfit pages to shop from once you've confirmed you own the newest generation rather than an older T-Rex or the Ultra.
The T-Rex 3 is built for trail running, hiking and swimming, so a band that loosens mid-activity is more than an annoyance — it risks the watch itself during a scramble or a dive. A silicone sport band with a secure quick-release lock is the safer choice for anything physical, while a lighter loop suits recovery days and sleep tracking.
A watch built to survive drops and immersion deserves a band that won't be the weak point, which is why checking the lock feels secure after every swap is worth the extra few seconds.
Because these are third-party compatible bands rather than Amazfit's own single boxed strap, you get far more colors and materials to pick from than the one option in the box, without paying accessory-store prices for each additional style.
All six of our quick-release styles come in 22mm, so Amazfit T-Rex 3 replacement bands range from rugged sport straps to lighter everyday loops.
Both the T-Rex 3 and T-Rex 3 Pro share the same 48mm case and 22mm lug, so there's no size decision to make between them — any band on this page fits either.
If the spring-bar lever feels stiff on the first swap, that's normal for a new band and loosens slightly with use — there's no need to force it.
Trail dirt, sweat and pool chlorine all call for slightly different care.
The T-Rex name covers several very different watches — here's what these Amazfit T-Rex 3 straps do and don't fit. It's worth checking carefully, since the naming overlap across T-Rex generations is one of the most common sources of mis-ordering we see:
Every style here ships fast and comes with easy returns, so trying a new color or material for your T-Rex 3 is low risk. If you also own another Amazfit model, browse the full Amazfit watch bands lineup to find the right width for it too. Since every band uses the same tool-free quick-release fitting, keeping a spare on hand for trail days costs you nothing in convenience.
