OnePlus Watch 3 Straps — What Fits
OnePlus Watch 3 straps on this page fit both case sizes released in 2025: the 46mm model, which takes 22mm straps, and the smaller 43mm model, which takes 18mm straps. Both use a standard quick-release spring bar at the lugs, so a compatible strap snaps on without an adapter or specialty tools.
The two Watch 3 sizes look similar side by side, so it's worth double-checking which one you own — the case size is printed in the watch settings and on the original packaging. Ordering the wrong width is the single most common mistake with this watch.
Straps for Every Use Case
The 22mm Watch 3 46mm has access to our full range of seven quick-release styles. The 18mm Watch 3 43mm currently ships in one style, the Rovan magnetic silicone sport strap.
Sport and Everyday Training
For the 46mm case, the Vornis silicone sport strap is built for running, gym sessions and anything sweaty — it rinses clean in seconds (see our full silicone watch straps range). The Véllo and Bravik nylon loops are lighter, breathable alternatives for warm-weather workouts.
Office and Dressier Looks
The Solin magnetic milanese swaps the sporty look for a polished mesh with a magnetic closure, good for meetings or evenings out. The Mavric braided loop achieves a similar dress-up effect with a woven texture and no visible buckle.
Sleep Tracking and All-Day Comfort
The Rovan magnetic silicone sport strap is the pick for overnight wear — it closes with a magnet instead of a hard buckle, so there’s nothing to dig into your wrist, and it’s the one style available for the 43mm case. It also comes in 22mm for the 46mm case, where the Voren nylon loop is a similarly soft, low-profile option for all-day comfort.
How to Swap Your OnePlus Watch 3 Straps
Before ordering, confirm your case size — this is the step people skip, and 46mm and 43mm straps are not interchangeable on the Watch 3.
- Lay the watch face-down and find the small lever on the underside of the strap, right where it meets the case.
- Push the lever toward the center of the case to retract the spring bar and release the old strap.
- Line up the new strap's spring bar with the same lug holes and press until it clicks into place.
- Tug gently on both sides to confirm it's seated — the whole swap takes well under a minute.
Caring for Your Straps
Rinse the Vornis silicone strap under water with a little mild soap and let it dry fully before wearing it again. The Véllo, Bravik and Voren nylon loop straps can be hand-washed and air-dried — avoid the tumble dryer, which can shrink the weave.
Wipe the Solin magnetic milanese and the Rovan magnetic silicone sport strap with a soft, slightly damp cloth rather than soaking them, so the magnets and clasp keep working smoothly.
Which Watches Don't Fit
There's no compatibility issue with the Watch 3 itself — both sizes use standard quick-release straps. The trap is width, not fit: 22mm straps do not fit the 43mm case, and 18mm straps do not fit the 46mm case. If you're shopping for a different OnePlus model instead, the Watch 2, Watch 2R and original Watch (2021) are all 22mm — see the OnePlus Watch 2 Straps page for those.
