Got a question? We are here to answer
ScanWatch Light is Withings' slimmer, simplified take on its flagship hybrid watch: the same analog hour-and-minute hands with a small hidden display tucked into the lower half of the dial for step counts, heart rate and sleep summaries, minus the ECG electrodes found on the full ScanWatch. Its 37mm case takes an 18mm band, which keeps shopping for a Withings ScanWatch Light band straightforward — one width covers it. Every ScanWatch Light attaches its strap with a standard spring bar rather than a proprietary clip, the same mechanism used across the rest of the Withings Watch Bands range, so third-party bands click in exactly the way the original strap did.
For the 37mm ScanWatch Light there's no width guesswork the way there is on the wider ScanWatch or Steel HR lines: 18mm is the measurement this case needs, and every band on this page is cut to that width.
At 18mm, the store currently stocks one quick-release style: the Rovan magnetic loop. It closes with a concealed magnetic clasp rather than a folding buckle, tucking flush against the wrist instead of leaving a raised bar of metal or plastic underneath the case. That slim profile suits ScanWatch Light's whole reason for existing — a lighter, dressier hybrid watch for owners who found the full ScanWatch a little bulky for shirt cuffs and evening wear. It's also, conveniently, the same magnetic style that suits an office-friendly look on ScanWatch and Steel HR too, so ScanWatch Light isn't missing out by having a single option. Our silicone sport style is currently made in 20mm and 22mm only, so it is not an option at this width today.
Swapping the band takes the same steps as any Withings quick-release strap. Press the small lever on the underside of the band, slide it free of the lugs, then slide the new band's pins into the same lugs until both ends click into place. The whole change takes well under a minute and needs nothing but the band itself.
The 37mm ScanWatch Light takes the 18mm width shown on this page. Browse the wider 18mm watch bands range if you'd like to compare styles used across other slim-case watches too.
ScanWatch Light itself has no exclusions: its 37mm case takes a standard 18mm quick-release band rather than a proprietary connector. The trap worth flagging is cross-model confusion rather than compatibility. Withings sizes its bands by case diameter, not by product line, so an 18mm band bought for ScanWatch Light will also fit any other 38mm-or-under Withings case, but it will not fit the larger ScanWatch 42mm, ScanWatch 2 42mm, Horizon 43mm, Nova 42mm, or Steel HR 40mm/Sport, all of which need the wider 20mm band instead. If you or someone in your household also owns one of those larger-cased models, keep the two widths separate when ordering.
