Amazfit Balance Bands — What Fits

Every Amazfit Balance band in this collection is built for the same 22mm quick-release lug used across the whole Balance line: Balance, Balance 2, Balance 3 and Balance Ultra.

Amazfit positioned the Balance series, launched in 2023, as its health-and-wellness flagship, with a bigger focus on body composition and readiness scores than the sport-first GTR or T-Rex lines, but the hardware fitting is standard 22mm quick release across every generation released so far.

Swapping an Amazfit Balance strap takes seconds and no tools: push the lever on the back of the band, slide the old pin out of the lug, and press the new band's pin in until it clicks.

Because the width has stayed the same through Balance, Balance 2, Balance 3 and Balance Ultra, there's no case-size chart to check first — every band on this page fits every Balance generation listed above.

Why Fit Matters for Health Tracking

The Balance leans heavily on overnight metrics like sleep stages and next-day readiness, so a band that's uncomfortable enough to take off at night directly costs you data. A lighter nylon loop for sleep, kept alongside a silicone band for the gym, keeps the watch on your wrist around the clock without ever needing tools.

Readiness and recovery scores are only as good as the data feeding them, so a comfortable overnight band is arguably as important to the Balance's core feature set as the sensor itself. It's a small swap that pays off most on the nights you'd otherwise skip wearing the watch at all.

Because these are third-party compatible bands rather than Amazfit's own single boxed strap, you get far more colors and materials to pick from than the one option in the box, without paying accessory-store prices for each additional style.

Band Styles for the Balance

All six of our quick-release styles come in 22mm, covering Amazfit Balance replacement bands for the gym and the office alike.

  • Vornis silicone sport for training and swimming, since it sheds water instantly and rinses odor-free.
  • Véllo and Voren nylon loops for lightweight, breathable all-day and overnight wear, especially useful given how much the Balance relies on sleep data.
  • Mavric braided loop for a casual daily look with a bit more texture than plain silicone.
  • Solin magnetic milanese for the office, where the metallic finish reads more formal.
  • Rovan magnetic loop for fast on-and-off wear on busy days.

Sizing and Swapping Your Balance Band

Because every Balance generation shares the same 22mm width, you can move a band between an original Balance and a newer Balance Ultra without buying a different size — the same is true of the Amazfit T-Rex 3, which uses the identical width.

If the spring-bar lever feels stiff the first time, that's normal on a new band and eases after the first couple of swaps. Every Balance generation uses the identical lever design, so the motion is the same watch to watch.

  • Lay the watch face-down and locate the spring-bar lever on the underside of the band.
  • Push the lever in and slide that end off the lug.
  • Repeat on the other side to free the band completely.
  • Press the new band's spring bar into the lugs until it clicks on both sides.
  • Tug gently to confirm the band is fully seated before wearing it.

Caring for Your Balance Band

Each material holds up best with slightly different care.

  • Silicone — rinse after workouts with mild soap and let it air dry fully before the next wear; don't leave it balled up while damp.
  • Nylon — machine-wash cold inside a mesh laundry bag, then air dry rather than using a dryer, which can warp the weave.
  • Magnetic or milanese — wipe with a damp cloth rather than soaking, and dry the clasp before reattaching so moisture doesn't sit in the closure.

Which Watches Don't Fit These Bands

These are 22mm Balance bands, so a few other Amazfit models — some with easily confused names — need something different. Worth a quick check even if you're confident in your model, since these mix-ups come up often:

  • Amazfit T-Rex 1, T-Rex Pro and T-Rex 2 use proprietary connectors — standard bands, including these, do not fit. Only T-Rex 3 and T-Rex 3 Pro moved to the standard 22mm quick-release system.
  • T-Rex Ultra uses screwed 22mm bars rather than quick release, and T-Rex Ultra 2 is 26mm — neither works with the quick-release bands sold here.
  • Amazfit Verge and Verge Lite have bands built into the case, so they cannot take a replacement band at all.
  • Cheetah width depends on the exact model: round Cheetah, Cheetah Pro and Cheetah 2 Ultra are 22mm, but Cheetah Square and Cheetah 2 Pro are 20mm — the wrong width will not seat in the lugs.
  • Active Edge does not appear on Amazfit's official compatibility chart, so we do not recommend standard bands for it.

Shop Amazfit Balance Bands with Confidence

Every style here ships fast and comes with easy returns, so trying a new color or material for your Balance is low risk. If you also own another Amazfit model, browse the full Amazfit watch bands lineup to find the right width for it too. Because every band shares the same tool-free fitting, there's no downside to keeping two or three styles in rotation.
