TicWatch Bands — What Fits
TicWatch bands on this page fit the classic Pro lineup — Pro, Pro 4G, Pro 2020, Pro 3 (GPS and LTE) and Pro 3 Ultra, plus the closely related E2, S2 and GTX — and the E-series — E3, E, GTH and GTH Pro. Every one of these uses a standard quick-release spring bar, so a compatible band attaches without an adapter.
Width follows the series. The Pro lineup (plus the E2, S2 and GTX) takes 22mm bands, while the E3, E, GTH and GTH Pro take 20mm bands. TicWatch Pro 5, Pro 5 Enduro and Atlas take standard 24mm quick-release bands — the 20mm and 22mm bands do not fit them, so choose a 24mm band; see our 24mm watch bands.
TicWatch owners tend to use the same device for workouts, sleep tracking and everyday wear, so the band you choose has to work across all three. Keeping a sport band and a lighter, dressier band on hand means you're never stuck wearing gym gear to the office or vice versa.
Because TicWatch models span several years and two width families, it's worth treating your specific model — not just the general TicWatch name — as the thing you're shopping for. The Pro and E-series names alone don't tell you the width; the generation does.
Bands for Every Use Case
Whichever TicWatch you have, our full range of quick-release styles is available in the matching width. Here's how to choose one for what you're doing.
Sport and Everyday Training
The Vornis silicone sport band is built for runs, gym sessions and anything sweaty — it rinses clean in seconds (see our full silicone watch bands range). The Véllo nylon loop is a lighter, more breathable alternative for warm-weather workouts.
Office and Dressier Looks
The Solin magnetic milanese swaps the sport look for a polished mesh band with a magnetic closure, suited to meetings or evenings out. The Mavric braided loop offers a similar dress-up effect with a woven texture and no visible buckle.
Sleep Tracking and All-Day Comfort
The Rovan magnetic silicone sport band lies flat with no hard buckle, making it a comfortable choice for overnight sleep tracking. The Voren nylon loop is a similarly soft, low-profile option for all-day wear.
Building a Small Rotation
You don't need to settle on just one style. Many TicWatch owners keep a silicone band on for training and switch to a nylon or milanese band for the rest of the day, rather than compromising on a single band that does everything adequately but nothing especially well.
How to Swap Your TicWatch Bands
TicWatch Pro 5, Pro 5 Enduro and Atlas take standard 24mm quick-release bands — the 20mm and 22mm bands do not fit them, so choose a 24mm band; see our 24mm watch bands.
You don't need any prior experience or watchmaking tools for this swap — the quick-release system was designed specifically so owners could do it themselves in seconds.
- Lay the watch face-down and find the small lever on the underside of the band, right where it meets the case.
- Push the lever toward the center of the case to retract the spring bar and release the old band.
- Line up the new band's spring bar with the same lug holes and press until it clicks into place.
- Tug gently on both sides to confirm it's seated — the whole swap takes well under a minute.
Caring for Your Bands
Rinse the Vornis silicone band under water with a little mild soap and let it dry fully before wearing it again. The Véllo and Voren nylon loop bands can be hand-washed and air-dried — skip the tumble dryer, which can shrink the weave over time.
Wipe the Solin magnetic milanese and Rovan magnetic silicone sport band with a soft, slightly damp cloth rather than soaking them, so the magnets and clasp keep working smoothly. Whichever style you're not wearing, store it flat rather than folded, so it keeps its shape for the next swap.

Which Watches Don't Fit
TicWatch Pro 5, Pro 5 Enduro and Atlas take standard 24mm quick-release bands — the 20mm and 22mm bands do not fit them, so choose a 24mm band; see our 24mm watch bands. Two more quirks are worth flagging: the original TicWatch S (2017) has its GPS antenna built into the strap, so its band isn't swappable at all, and the TicWatch C2 in Rose Gold uses 18mm bands rather than the 20mm used by other C2 colors (Onyx and Platinum), so it isn't covered by the 20mm bands here either.
TicWatch Pro 5, Pro 5 Enduro and Atlas take standard 24mm quick-release bands — the 20mm and 22mm bands do not fit them, so choose a 24mm band; see our 24mm watch bands.
When in doubt, measure the gap between the lugs on the underside of your current band rather than relying on the model name alone, especially if you bought your TicWatch secondhand and aren't certain of the exact generation.
