22mm Watch Bands — What Fits

22mm is the most common lug width on larger smartwatch cases, used across the top-of-range size of nearly every major brand — from Huawei's GT line to Amazfit, COROS, Suunto, Polar and more, all listed by brand below.

Each band uses a quick-release spring bar with a small lever built in, so it lifts free of the lugs by hand — no tools, pins or jeweler's loupe needed.

22mm is also one of the most common lug widths in traditional watchmaking, so these bands fit any classic mechanical or quartz watch with 22mm lugs just as well as they fit a smartwatch — measure the gap between your lugs to confirm before ordering.

If you're not sure your watch is 22mm, check the manufacturer's spec sheet or measure the gap between the lugs with a small ruler. Quick-release bands are labeled by that lug gap, not by the watch's overall case diameter, so two watches with very different face sizes — a 46mm Huawei GT 5 and a 49mm Suunto Race — can both still take the same 22mm band. Never assume based on case diameter alone, since width and diameter are independent specs that a manufacturer sets separately for each model.

22mm Bands by Brand

Every brand below offers at least one 22mm model; click through for that brand's full band range.

If your model isn't listed, it may use a different width — see our 20mm and 18mm pages, or browse every quick-release width in one place.

Styles for Every Use Case

All six band styles come in 22mm, and each suits a different part of the day.

Everyday & Active

Vornis silicone sport handles workouts, runs and swims without holding onto sweat, while Mavric braided loop's woven nylon flexes with the wrist for all-day comfort. Rovan magnetic loop splits the difference — a slim, adjustable style that's quick to put on and take off between activities.

Office & Overnight

Solin magnetic milanese's stainless mesh and magnetic clasp give 22mm cases a dressier look for the office, while Véllo and Voren nylon loops are soft and lightweight enough to sleep in comfortably for overnight heart-rate and sleep tracking.

How to Swap a 22mm Band

Locate the small lever on the underside of the spring bar between the lugs, push it toward the middle of the bar, and the band slides free.

Line up a new band's bar with the lugs, press one end in, then click the other end into place — the swap takes seconds and no tools.

There's no case-back to open and no separate spring-bar tool to buy — the lever is part of the bar itself, so the same motion works whether you're switching styles for a workout or just rotating between bands to match an outfit.

Caring for 22mm Bands

Rinse silicone and nylon styles with water and mild soap, then air-dry flat.

Wipe the magnetic milanese and magnetic loop styles with a dry or barely damp cloth instead of submerging them, to keep the clasp mechanism working smoothly.

Letting any style dry fully before storing it also helps the spring-bar mechanism and clasps avoid trapped moisture, which is the most common cause of a sticky lever over time.

Which Watches Don't Fit 22mm

22mm sounds standard, but a handful of similarly named models actually use a different width or connector entirely:

  • Huawei's Watch Fit line (Fit, Fit SE, Fit mini, Fit 2/3/4/4 Pro/5/5 Pro) uses proprietary connectors — no standard band, 22mm or otherwise, fits.
  • Amazfit T-Rex 1, T-Rex Pro and T-Rex 2 use proprietary connectors; T-Rex Ultra uses screwed 22mm bars instead of quick release, and T-Rex Ultra 2 is 26mm.
  • COROS Vertix 2 and Vertix 2S moved to 26mm — only the original Vertix stayed at 22mm. COROS Nomad and Apex 4 46mm are 24mm, though Apex 4 42mm remains 22mm.
  • Suunto 9, 9 Baro and Suunto 7 are 24mm — only 9 Peak and 9 Peak Pro share this page's 22mm width.
  • TicWatch Pro 5, Pro 5 Enduro and Atlas moved to 24mm, breaking with every earlier TicWatch Pro at 22mm.
  • The original CMF Watch Pro (2023) has recessed lugs that don't seat flat 22mm bands properly — only Watch Pro 2 and Watch 3 Pro are covered here.
  • Polar Vantage V2 needs Polar's own wristband adapter and isn't recommended with a standard 22mm band.
  • Xiaomi's Redmi Watch line, Mi Watch Lite and Smart Band series use proprietary connectors — only the Watch S-series, Watch 2 and Watch 5 (Wear OS) here take standard 22mm quick release.
