How much do the common sizes cover?

20 mm and 22 mm together account for 230 of 282 standard quick-release records (81.6%). Adding 18 mm raises the total to 269 records (95.4%). These three widths cover most of this group, but they still do not identify the width of a particular watch.

What does that mean for your watch?

The most common width is a useful reference, not a sizing rule. A 22 mm band will not fit an 18 mm attachment, and a 22 mm quick-release band is not the same connector as a 22 mm Garmin QuickFit band.

Use the model name and case size to find your fitting. The millimetre width describes where the band attaches; band length is a separate choice for your wrist.
